 ½ cup plain yogurt, drained
 2 medium cucumbers
 6 large garlic cloves, de-germed
 2 tbsp Greek olive oil
 splash of vinegar
 Salt

Drain the yogurt in a fine sieve.

Peel and seed the cucumbers, then grate and salt them. Drain in a sieve and press to remove excess water.

Add the pressed garlic, a splash of vinegar, and the yogurt. Mix well.

Add the olive oil and stir again.
