Cheese Mousse with Dried Fruits and Argan Oil

 40 g dried apricots
 40 g dried figs
 20 g raisins
 50 g whole almonds
 2 tbsp orange juice
 50 g walnut kernels
 200 g creamy fresh cheese
 1 tbsp orange blossom honey
 1 pinch cinnamon
 1 tsp argan oil
 Mint leaves for garnish

Cut figs and apricots into sticks, mix with raisins and orange juice, and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Toast and roughly chop the nuts.

Drain the fruits and mix with the nuts and cinnamon.

Beat the cheese with honey and argan oil.

Layer the cheese mixture in glasses, top with the fruit mixture, and garnish with mint leaves.
