Breakfast Casserole

Yields4 Servings
 2 eggs
 4 egg whites
 4 tsp pine nuts, minced
  cup chicken broth
 1 lb Italian sausage
 ¼ cup roasted red pepper, sliced
 ¼ cup pesto sauce
  cup parmesan cheese, grated
  tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Preheat the air fryer to 370 F. Spray air fryer pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Heat another pan over medium heat. Add sausage in a pan and cook until golden brown.

Once cooked then drain excess oil and spread it into the prepared pan.

Whisk remaining ingredients except pine nuts in a bowl and pour over sausage.

Place pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-28 minutes.

Top with pine nuts and serve.
