 3 cups granulated sugar
 3 cups brown sugar
 1 cup corn syrup
 1 lemon juice
 1 vanilla extract
 1 maple extract

Mix water, sugars, and corn syrup in a pot. Heat until sugar dissolves and the mixture boils.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice, vanilla, and maple extract.
