Prep Time10 minsCook Time12 mins

 2 eggs
 250 ml panko breadcrumbs
 125 ml all-purpose flour
4 boneless pork chops, ½ inch (1 cm) thick, fat trimmed
 Tonkatsu sauce (see recipe)
 2 green onions, chopped

1

Prepare the Breading Station:
Lightly beat the eggs in a shallow dish. In two separate shallow dishes, place the panko breadcrumbs and flour. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs (shake off excess), and press it into the panko breadcrumbs on both sides to adhere.

Cook in the Air Fryer:
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and fully cooked (no pink inside).

Serve:
Slice the pork chops into strips and arrange them on plates. Drizzle with tonkatsu sauce and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with extra sauce on the side, along with rice and coleslaw, if desired.
