Au vieux Duluth – Butterfly Shrimp

 2 eggs
 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 3 tsp chili sauce
 Salt and pepper to taste
 ¾ cup grated Parmesan
 ½ breadcrumbs

Whisk eggs, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.
