Cheese Mousse with Roasted Pineapple, Honey, and Saffron

 200 g creamy fresh cheese
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tsp argan oil
 1 whole pineap
 150 g honey
 10 saffron threads

Mix the cheese with honey and argan oil. Set aside.

Peel the pineapple, cut into quarters, and remove the core.

Heat honey with saffron in a pan for 5 minutes.

Add pineapple pieces and cook for 15 minutes until caramelized.

Let cool, then slice into thin strips.

Layer the pineapple and its juice in glasses, top with the cheese mixture, and serve.
